He’s done well in doggy daycare and group play, but he prefers slow introductions to new dogs outside of those structured settings. Koda is a deeply loyal dog, and because of that, he’s cautious with new people—especially men. He needs time, patience, and gentle encouragement to feel safe. But once he trusts you? You’ll have a friend for life. His family has described him as a dog who loves in his own way—he’ll happily keep himself entertained but will also check in for playtime or affection, just to remind you he’s there.He’s fully house-trained, not destructive, and prefers a quiet, predictable home where he can relax and regain his confidence.
