Story
We bought Cash in the middle of the pandemic. He is 4 years old. While he is good, aka can tolerate, other animals and kids, he doesn’t particularly like them lol. Due to his lack of socialization, he has anxiety issues such as barking, whining, restlessness, and defensiveness when out in public or scared/unsure. He took trazodone for it. My dad died last year so vet visits have not been a thing since he was the one who handled Cash + his loss of income. It’s always been hard to maintain Cash especially since we live in an apartment and have busy schedules, but now it’s much harder with my dad’s death. He deserves owners with more time, space, and resources to give him the life he deserves because he is the sweetest loving boy in the world.

Story
’m Boomer and I am American Staffordshire and Pit Bull Terrier mix and just as handsome as they come. I am 2 years old and called a “Pocket Pittie” because I only weigh 47lbs. I am just perfect to do everything with, go hiking, walking, maybe even running if you teach me once I learn to run alongside you, and gosh, I would love to explore the water everywhere because that is just so much fun. I get really excited and jumpy when meeting new people and dogs so I am best with older kids. I love to play with other dogs of all sizes but dogs my own size are best. I have heard some say I am “prey driven” when talking about cats and squirrels. I don’t know what it means I just know I don’t like cats. My foster mom and I have trained hard. Besides being crate trained and house broken, I know how to sit, go in my crate, come out, wait and stay (for just a few seconds because I get so excited), look at me, come here (while in the yard or in the house). I learn quickly because I like yummy treats and even more, squeaky toys. I am already micro-chipped , lost my jewels (whatever that means) and got all my vaccines and on heartworm, flea and tick preventives. Foster mom says whoever is lucky enough to bring me home is going to love me to pieces because I am so handsome and such a good boy.

Story
I am deploying in 2025 and would like to Rehome Delta with a loving family. As a single, deployable, service member, time, space & attention are important needs that I don’t have a lot of. He deserves more. Home Alone. Delta doesn’t require a crate. He doesn’t chew furniture or shoes, nor potties indoors. Fun fact. He “whisper barks” if he needs your attention. First he’ll stand in front of you and stare. Whispers and stomps his paws. Then full barks if you aren’t understanding his plight (potty-time). Potty time. He is private. He prefers to poop in shrubbery, the woods…basically out of sight. Never on concrete. A backyard is ideal for him. You’ll likely find his poop against the fence line. Cuddles. It’ll start off rough because he wants to play. Once he realizes you just want to rub him, he will calm down and lay close with his head on you. Kids & other dogs. He barks at large dogs (play) ; sweet & curious about small dogs. Really sweet with kiddos & babies.
