Story
Our new little boy is a 5 month old terrier mix who is Mr. Super Snuggly! He does fine with other dogs and is OK with cats other than he may chase them. This little boy came to us as a stray so we don't have much info on him, but he appears to have been loved and cuddled and is not aggressive at all. He will be neutered and is updated dated on shots very soon. Buddy is just a super happy, snuggly boy that wants a home of his own, can you find it in your heart to help this awesome affectionate little guy? Please email us for an application or more information. We require an application first prior to meeting our dogs because they are fostered in private homes, so we need to pre-schedule with them prior to a meet and greet.

Story
Red is a super handsome, sweet, little ball of fire. He currently lives with a foster family with two dogs and three cats, as well as a 13-year-old boy. He gets along great with everyone, but we would still recommend a house with no other animals or only one other animal. He is crate trained, house trained, and walks great on a leash. He loves to play outdoors and his favorite thing to do is swing on his tree rope. Red is very smart and once he gets to know things at your home, he will be on his best behavior. He just needs someone with patience to allow him time to acclimate to a new environment, which he has done quickly in his foster home. He is such a good boy with a lot of love to give and deserves another chance in life. As an internal side note, Red is pretty high energy, so would need someone who has dealt with that energy level. He absolutely loves his outdoor time, so it would be great to see him go to a home with a yard, While he is great with my dogs, he tends to jump and rough house a bit, so I would not recommend him with smaller dogs, although I can't say that for sure.

Story
Hello Fur-iends, I'm Kip! I've got a face that's been described as 'adorably old man-ish', but don't let that fool you, I'm full of youthful spirit.I'm a big fan of playtime, especially when toys are involved. I'm also a champ on the leash, always walking politely by your side. Despite a rough start, I've found peace in the calm of a home setting. Life's taught me to appreciate the simple things. I'm looking for a family who needs a loving, playful companion. I'm up for a meet and greet with possible canine siblings. Felines-I'm not sure yet.Why adopt me? Because I promise to bring joy, laughter, and unconditional love to your home.

Download an adoption application here Please email the completed application to adoptionteam4.woofriver@gmail.com Please submit an application rather than an inquiry with no application attached. TURNER and HOOCH were born approximately January 1, 2024. Luckily these little nuggets were able to stay with their mom and siblings until they were 7 weeks old. This is an amazing gift for puppies in rescue. Being with their mom during this important developmental time is priceless. At 7 weeks old they went into their very own foster home together in order to get more individual attention and ensure they become happy and well-adjusted pooches. These gorgeous boys are just bursting with puppy love, puppy kisses, puppy snuggles, and puppy playfulness. They adore people, other dogs, and kids. They have been socialized a ton! TURNER and HOOCH soak up all the cuddles and affection they can get. They excelled at crate training and are mastering their potty training. They have an inquisitive nature about them and love exploring the world around them. With one of these kids, every day’s a great day! Their forever families will be hitting the puppy jackpot!
