Story
Introducing Nadia, a 2-year-old Shepherd mix located in Saint Pauls, NC, looking for her forever home! This friendly female weighs 45 pounds and has a high energy level, making her a perfect match for an active family. Nadia is very social and gets along well with other dogs. She was pulled from a shelter almost a month ago and has been under the care of a loving foster family. Nadia has an eye injury that requires continuous care, but she is otherwise healthy, spayed, and up-to-date on vaccinations and heartworm prevention. Nadia enjoys playing with toys, especially kongs and rawhide toys. She is fed a diet of Diamond Naturals chicken and rice, 1.5 cups in the morning and 1 cup at night. Nadia is house and crate trained, walks well on a leash, and knows basic commands like leave it, sit, and stay. This sweet girl is good with people of all ages and genders, as well as with other dogs. She is protective of her family but is still very loving. Nadia sleeps in her crate at night and is left alone for 2-3 hours a day. She rides well in a vehicle and has no behavior issues. If you're interested in providing Nadia with a loving home, please contact her foster, Lindsey Schantz, at 9109227694. Let's find Nadia the forever family she deserves!

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Online Adoption Application › Meet Dixie, the playful, goofy pup who's got a heart full of love and a nose for adventure! This South Carolina sweetheart landed in rescue with her siblings, and she's ready to find her forever family. Dixie is all about fun—her favorite game? Tug of War with her doggy pals! She's a social butterfly who thrives on playtime and gets along great with other dogs. And when it’s time to hit the town, Dixie is your girl! Whether it’s a stroll in the park, a visit to a dog-friendly brewery, or just cruising in the car, she’s the ultimate co-pilot and happy to make friends wherever she goes. This gal knows how to turn on the charm, greeting everyone with a gentle wag and a sweet “hello.” While she’s working on embracing the crate life (she’ll settle in after a bit), she’d much rather be snuggling with you on the couch or in bed. Yep, Dixie is a certified cuddle pro who believes there’s no such thing as too much snuggle time. Now, for her quirks: Dixie doesn’t bark much, but when she gets excited or feels the need to share her thoughts, she’ll toss back her head and let out a Snoopy-style howl that’s guaranteed to make you laugh. She's not big on being alone, but luckily, she’s not a major chewer either—so your shoes are safe! At around 40 pounds and still growing, Dixie is a medium-sized bundle of love. She’s making strides in potty training and just needs a consistent routine to help her master it. Oh, and cats? She’s curious! While she won’t hurt them, she’s got playful energy that might ruffle the feathers of a less-confident feline. If you’re looking for a snuggly, silly, and adventurous companion, Dixie might just be your perfect match!Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.January 3, 2025, 8:00 pm

Hola! My name is Adonis and I`m a shy, but adventurous pup looking for my forever travel buddy. While I may be a little hesitant at first, I promise I have a heart of gold. I love going for walks and exploring new places, but I much prefer to do it by your side. Once I get to know you, I`ll shower you with kisses and cuddles. I may not be the most outgoing pup, but I make up for it with my unwavering loyalty. So, if you`re looking for a furry friend to join you on all your journeys, I`m your guy! Let`s hit the road together and see where the world takes us.I am full grown at ~84lbs. How did I get here? Transferred from Harnett County Animal Shelter. ~My adoption fee is $120.00.~
