Introducing Baxter! Such a fluffy, little guy! Is there anything cuter than a puppy? Before you decide to take the plunge into raising a puppy keep in mind the amount of commitment it takes raising a puppy. Puppies are not housetrained, they don`t know that shoes are not chew toys, and they won`t know any of the cool tricks adults dogs know like how to sit or walk on a leash. Puppies need lots of patience, love, supervision, and proper socialization. A great way to bond with a new puppy would be to take a positive reinforcement based puppy class together. Story
Hank is a 3 year-old doodle. He is a sweetheart who loves to cuddle and follow his people around. He gets along well with adults and dogs. He has had some exposure to children and has always done well once he gets to know them. It is unknown how well he gets along with cats. Hank does need an experienced owner. He has idiopathic epilepsy which is being managed through medication. Additionally, he has some separation anxiety issues he is working through, and will need reinforcement. He is reactive (barking, jumping) when he sees other dogs or wildlife during walks, but once he has the chance to meet them, he is very calm. He has never shown any aggression toward any person or animal. Hank was acquired from a shelter in Ohio 2 years ago. He was left alone for long periods of time when he was a puppy, contributing to his anxiety. Hank is a loving and loyal dog who loves nothing more than cuddling up and getting pets and the occasional treat. Anyone would be lucky to have him.

**This is a bonded pair that must be adopted together and remain together for life** Rascal and Tristan have only ever known one home, one person, and one life filled with love. But at 18 and 14 years old, everything they knew was suddenly taken away. The world they trusted has changed, and now they find themselves at Famous Fido Rescue, waiting for someone to open their heart to them in their golden years. Rascal, a gentle 18-year-old miniature poodle, may have a cataract in his left eye and struggle with incontinence, but his spirit is intact. He still enjoys the occasional burst of zoomies and carries a quiet presence that speaks to a lifetime of devotion. Tristan, at 14 years old, is a Poodle-Bichon mix who finds comfort in the joy of a tennis ball. He's found joy in many games of fetch through the years. Senior dogs experience heartbreak in a way few can truly understand. They don't know why their person isn't coming back. They don't know why their safe, warm home has been replaced with unfamiliar walls. All they know is that they're waiting - waiting for kindness, waiting for love, waiting to be chosen again.
