Story
Star is an approximately 1-2 year old, 45 lbs. gorgeous girl. Star is initially shy with new people but with slow and respectful intros is opening up pretty quickly. Once you're her friend she's the funnest girl. She's very affectionate, loves to give kisses, and hang out with you. Star is a high energy dog so she'll do best in an active home. She's also spectacular with other dogs so we would love for her to have another canine companion in the home, preferably somewhat matching in size. She loves to run around with other pups and engage in play. She's a non-confrontational dog and has done well with all the dogs we've matched her with. Star walks well on leash, does awesome in her crate, is potty trained, and knows general commands. She's not a barker and is very quiet. She can be initially fearful in new environments but usually gets used to them within 15 minutes or so. She'll need someone that can provide her with a structured home environment and continue the training we've started. She doesn't seem to have much of a prey drive towards chickens and seemed more fearful of them than anything. She's met our cats and was interested but did fine around them. She would thrive in a more calm home and we recommend respectful children 12 and up.  All of our adult dogs are spayed/neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, and flea treated. They all receive training to make the transition as successful as possible. If you're interested in a meet, you must fill out an application on our website www.wallflowersshine.com/application. We always post updates and many videos of our dogs on our IG page, the_wallflowers_shine_project, under “stories” and “highlights”. Thank you for your interest in one of our dogs.
