Story
Nancy is roughly around 5 years old and we've had her for the last 2 years. She is a double merle - completely deaf but can see, however her right eye has been getting a bit cloudy over the last several months. Unfortunately she does have some separation anxiety and gets scared very easily since she can't hear approaching her, but this doesn't stop her from acting like any other dog. We have not been able to get her to play fetch and she's usually just interested in sniffing around or finding a comfy spot to lay down, but she does exert that Australian Shepherd energy in between these moments. Nancy will need a fenced in yard since she can't hear to call her back and sometimes likes to wander. A kennel is advised whenever you're out or sleeping or she will have an accident, but she does well on car rides. She needs someone who can just spend time with her since her separation anxiety causes her to chew and scratch at herself frequently when she is in her kennel.
