Ozzie is an almost 2 year old mini Australian shepherd weighing in at around 40lbs. He is FULL of energy, the sweetest boy, and highly food motivated. He’s great with cats, dogs, farm animals, and children! He loves to run, play tug of war, fetch, but mostly he loves to be chased! He needs lots of room to run and play, and if you’re looking for a sidekick that will go anywhere and do everything with you, he’s your boy!

Story
Dolly is a Courtesy Listing and is not housed at the Animal Shelter. Please note that the City of Bloomington Animal Care & Control accepts no responsibility for this pet. Potential adopters are responsible for communicating directly with the pet's guardian. Dolly currently live on 10 acres and enjoys to run around. She is wary of new people until she becomes comfortable with them being around. She’s selective about other dogs and unknown about cats. She will nip at people if they are playing with her. She hasn’t broken skin, but she did leave a bruise once. She will sit on the couch and cuddle but she prefers to on the go. She gives no warning that she needs to go potty, but if you are diligent about getting several times a day she is successful. She is crate trained. Vaccinations are up to date.If you are interested in Dolly please email: Hmfields23@gmail.com. ***Please ignore the Apply to Adopt button for this pet & contact the owner directly***

Name: Roxie Breed: Australian Shepherd Mix Sex: Female Age: DOB December 10, 2024 Spayed/Neutered: Yes! Vaccinations: Puppy vaccines will be up to date - all vaccinations required after adoption are the responsibility of the adopter. Heartworm: Too young (testing is done at 6 months of age) Housetrained: Not yet Microchipped: Not yet Adoption Fee/Donation: $350 Important!! Think long and hard before adopting a puppy. Consider the lifestyle change this puppy will come with. He cannot be crated for more than 3-4 hours at a time until he’s older. Puppy-proofing your home will be necessary. Puppies scratch and nip, so if you have small children, can they handle this? Training will be so important in this puppy’s life. Do you have the time? Adoption donations cover pre-adoption vet costs (including vaccinations, spay/neuter, heart worm test if applicable) microchip, worming and flea/tick/heart worm (if applicable) preventatives. Donations for our young, healthy puppies and dogs support their fellow canines of advanced age or suffering from injuries and abuse whose donations are reduced but whose veterinary costs are typically much higher. We appreciate your understanding that your newly adopted dog will help others in need. Story
Meet Ringo: A Gentle Soul in Need of a Home Two months ago, Ringo wandered up to our fence line, tired and hungry but full of quiet kindness. He is an adult dog, likely around five or six years old, with a sweet and gentle temperament. Ringo adores people, gets along well with other dogs, and has a calm, loving presence that makes him the perfect companion. Ringo has some old injuries to his ears, leaving them cauliflowered on both sides. While they do not seem to bother him, they give him a rugged charm that only adds to his character. He is in seemingly good health otherwise, with a sturdy build and a soft coat. He just waiting for someone to scratch behind his ears. The only quirk we have noticed is that he has mild food aggression, but only towards other dogs. With people, he is nothing but gentle. He just prefers to eat in peace without sharing his bowl. He will need an immediate vet visit upon adoption.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Please contact Michele (mballenger58@gmail.com) for more information about this pet. Online Adoption Application › Please read all details in bio before applying for adoption!Link is our very special pup. He is a blind neuro boy and because of this it will take time and patience for him to adjust. He may act out in fear. He occasionaly has night terrors. He will need to get familiar with his new person's scent and voice to know they are near. We are looking for a special person, preferably who has experience with a blind pup and Is willing to discuss and work with him. Link is very fearful of other animals and would do best in a home with only adult humans and a fenced yard.  He will always be a pup. Link has an amazing personality and is very loving, especially to those who give him belly rubs and food (his two favorite things). He knows his crate is a safe place and gets very comfortable. He loves to run and play in the yard. He will be some work for the right individual who can help him blossom.  Link is medium in size, he has grown more than expected.CARE's adoption process is done by the applicant using their cell at the adoption meeting to access the Shelterluv platform to agree to the adoption contract and pay the $250 adoption fee by credit or debit card. Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 6, 2024, 5:57 pm
