Story
Bagels is a 30lb red tri neutered male mini Australian shepherd red heeler mix. Got him at 8weeks old in 2021 He'll be 4yrs old in May, up to date on vaccines, crate trained. Sadly need to rehome due to allergies and new baby. He isn't getting the attention he deserves. I'd love for him to be someones best friend and be inside as much as he wants. Currently he likes to be outside so he spends most days outside and comes in to eat inside in his crate, he comes in at night to sleep in his crate and if its too hot/cold or rainy. He has been around kids, dogs smaller than him, cats, and goats. (I'd say good with cats and goats if they don't run) He's been to the groomers multiple times and does good!

Story
Meet Frank! Frank is a seven-year-old Australian Shepherd, weighing approximately 40 pounds. He is a likely double merle, which means he is completely deaf and has some vision impairment. However, he can track movement very well and navigates his world with confidence. He may take a moment to spot stationary objects, but that doesn’t slow him down one bit! Frank is an absolute sweetheart who loves nothing more than snuggling on the couch with his favorite person. While there are no children in his foster home, we believe he would do well with kids, as he has never shown any aggression. He gets along beautifully with other dogs, both big and small, and has done well with cats, too! Special Considerations Due to his deafness and limited vision, Frank doesn't always pick up on social cues from other dogs. He may accidentally walk into them if they’re lying still or not notice when they’re uncomfortable with his presence. For this reason, a home without reactive dogs would be best. Frank was previously attacked by larger dogs, so he may be a bit wary of them. Fun Facts About Frank! He loves to play fetch and is amazing at catching moving objects! Since he gets very excited during playtime, fetch toys are used at scheduled times to prevent obsession. House-trained – only one accident on his first day! Crate-trained – he stays in his crate while his foster mom is at work and at night without any fuss. Frank is an amazing, affectionate boy who is looking for a loving home that understands his special needs. If you think Frank would be the perfect addition to your family, please fill out an application—he can’t wait to meet you!

Story
Meet Sirius! Hi, I'm Sirius! I'm a 50 lb Aussie/Collie mix with a wiggly butt and a big, goofy heart. I'm about as friendly as they come — I’ve never met a person I didn’t like! I’ve got a lot of energy and love to play, especially with my foster sister (she’s a 20 lb Auggie and pretty "bossy," but I don’t mind one bit). We love to run around the yard together and, when we’re feeling mischievous, we might stalk the kitty and the ducks and chickens — but foster mom says that’s a no-go. The Details: House-trained: Pretty much! Haven’t had an accident in weeks. Crate: No thanks. Crates are not my thing. Cats: Young, playful ones are fun! Older, grumpy ones — meh, probably best to avoid. Dogs: Love them! Big, small, bossy — I’m good with all of them. Kids: I LOVE EVERYONE! But I’m a little enthusiastic, so I might be too much for smaller kids. If you’re looking for a playful, social pup with a lot of love (and wiggles) to give, I’m your guy!

Story
Meet Theodore! He is a very energetic 3 year old boy, does require a back yard or some land to run around. He is house trained, vocal when he needs to go out. He is deaf but understands some hand commands like sit and come. We weren’t able to successfully learn the “stay” command. He is great with other dogs. He isn’t an alpha and does not try to dominate. He is very food driven. He will steal food left within his reach. He likes to cuddle and will sleep in bed with you if you allow. If not, the floor next to you is always a great second option for him. He can be territorial around strangers. He was a rescue and I do believe there was some abuse involved in his past.
