She is 7 months old, dog door trained, crate trained, up to date on vaccines, microchipped and spayed. She is blind in one eye due to micropthalmia but it is a cosmetic issue. Blossom has a medium length coat and is likely to shed/get fluffier as she grows up. She enjoys walks, is good on a leash, knows basic obedience and is learning fetch. We got him as a puppy from a Walmart parking lot give away, with some sort of parasite infection on his paw. With plenty of treatment, love and care, there is only minor scarring. With our family of five moving to Arizona soon, we understand that type of environment is not safe for his breed. He loves spending time outside but also loves inside snuggles.

I got Melon from a church friend as a puppy when I was a freshman in college. Her birthday is December 7th, 2018, so she’s 5 years old now! Melon has had many roommates, both dogs and humans, and she generally gets along well with most people after the initial meeting. However, due to some poor treatment from previous roommates, she can be a bit anxious and bark when meeting someone new. Melon is an incredibly lovable and cuddly dog who always wants to stay by your side. She’s energetic, quirky, and enjoys indoor cuddles more than being outside in the heat. She’s kennel and potty trained, though she does have a tendency to jump short fences and dig holes—she always comes back home after her mischief. While she tends to get the zoomies and sometimes jumps on people, her affectionate nature shines through. We adore Melon, but with our upcoming new addition to the family, she has been showing signs of jealousy and we are a bit anxious to see how she will adjust to the new environment.

Hi, my name is Bubbles and I am a pure bread miniature Australian Shepard. My owner passed away a while back and I am being fostered with my friend Beatrice by a family in Leander, TX. I am about 8 years old, weight about 25 pounds and am a very affectionate dog. I like to lie my head on your lap and get pet almost as much as I like dog treats. My foster family takes good care of me and all my shots are up to date with regular trips to see my veterinarian in Lago Vista. I do not bark very much, but I will let you know when someone is at the door or when a squirrel gets in my yard. I am crate trained and don't mind spending a few hours there while you go to work or go shopping. I can't stay at my foster home much longer so Beatrice and I are looking for a new home and we would love to become your new best friends.

We got Bernie when he was about 8 weeks old around December of 2019. He a miniature tri-color Australia Shepherd. His fur is silky and his tail is docked. His eyes are brown with a blue/gray swirl at the bottom of both eyes. He loves to be outdoors(he sleeps and spend the rest of his time indoors), loves water and is very energetic and smart! He gets along with the cat and the kids. He would be better as an only dog as he does take the role of protecting the family. So he would be a great watch dog. We’re getting old and no long have the energy to spend as much time to keep him active throughout the day. And due to downsizing, we’re having to part with some of our animals. But we’d love for them to go with a young family or person who would love a companion who shares the same energy.

Meet Bella! She is a very sweet 2 year old female Kelpie/GSD mix, and is UTD on shots, spayed, and on monthly heartworm/flea preventative. Bella has undergone successful heartworm treatment and is now heartworm negative! Bella doesn’t do great with small dogs (under 20lbs) but she’s perfect with all other dogs, male and female. Bella is very kid friendly. She is more of a submissive, low key dog, with bursts of energy but 90% of the time wanting to be by your feet laying down sleeping. She does need some work on leash manners and not jumping on guests when they enter the house. Bella does not bark at all. She does whine a bit in her crate at first but quickly stops. She is completely housebroken and crate trained. She’s the sweetest dog who just wants love all day every day and to spend every waking moment by the people she loves. Big and small.
