Meet Mia, a 4-year-old Cairn Terrier with a darling underbite and a heart full of love! Weighing in at just 21 pounds, Mia may be small, but her sweet personality fills a room. This affectionate girl absolutely adores being held and will happily cuddle up in your arms or next to you for some quality time. She enjoys the company of other dogs and loves a good play session, making her a great fit for a home with canine companions. Mia is potty trained and will crate up when needed, though she prefers sleeping close enough to hear her family—it helps her feel safe and secure. She’s still getting used to car rides and tends to be a bit nervous during travel, so a patient adopter willing to help her gain confidence on the road is ideal. Bath time isn’t her favorite, but she’s a trooper and will stand still to get the job done. While she’s full of charm, Mia does have a bit of a mischievous streak—she’s quick to dart out an open door, so a secure home environment and a watchful eye are a must. Mia is spayed, microchipped, fully vaccinated, heartworm negative, and on monthly preventatives. She’s being fostered in a loving home in Seguin, TX, and is available for adoption only within the state of Texas.
