Meet Twizzler!
**Age:** 6 months
**Gender:** Male (neutered)
**Breed:** Bulldog mix
**Weight:** 34 lbs
Twizzler is the happiest boy! His start to life was difficult—he was abandoned at the Lifeline shelter by a breeder because he was born with scoliosis and could not be sold. The shelter team took him in, and with love and support, he has found his footing and become the most lovable and adventurous dog! He has been surrounded by people, dogs, and even cats throughout his puppyhood, and he does well with all of them!
Truly a comeback story, Twizzler has grown into a remarkable dog. He loves to run, play tug-of-war, and cuddle.
Twizzler will continue to build strength in his hind limbs and looks forward to a forever home with a devoted family. He will do best with frequent walks and a backyard to get out his energy and for the physical therapy benefits (continuing to build strength in his back legs). He has mild urinary incontinence but takes medication to help. We also believe that with development, time, and exercise, this may improve or resolve.
Twizzler has never let his disability hold him back, and he is looking for the forever home that will allow him to blossom into his full potential. He will return the love and care right back.
