***NOT ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS***NOT READY FOR ADOPTION***MUST BE ON BULLDOG WAITLIST***Hi! I’m Rocky, though the humans I'm staying with often call me big guy. I’ve just come into foster care a couple of weeks ago and am just getting used to humans that care about me again. I’ve been letting them know who I am little by little. I really like my crate. Foster Mom calls it "crate trained" but I call it home. I spend a lot of time in there even when the door is open. I like to watch what’s going on. But, when I hear the word ‘walk’ I come running out and go straight to the door. If you wait too long I start to make what Foster mom calls ewok noises. I love to walk! My foster sister-pup is pretty ok. We walk together and sometimes she tries to play, I have not joined yet but maybe one day. I enjoy big humans and little humans equally. Did I mention I am particularly fond of belly rubs? I do most of my washroom breaks outside but occasionally have an accident. I think I'm just getting used to this new place. I have some eye, ear and skin infections to get cleared up, and will be going for my neuter and double cherry eye surgery soon. I look forward to the life ahead of me!

COMING SOONIntroducing Mazy!I am a super sweet and cuddly young girl! I like to laze around and be around my foster family! I have small bursts of energy but I am a couch potato! My fosters are working on helping me lose a few pounds and getting an eye and pocket tail issue treated. I am fully potty trained and will give a little bark or bug you to tell you I need to go out. I sleep all night in my crate without a peep. I know basic commands and have a gentle and patient personality. I’m happy around everyone including kids and other dogs. I have just come into care so please keep an eye out for when I am ready to find my forever home! Once I am available for adoption, I will be available to those on the English Bulldog waitlist.

I came into foster care just a few weeks ago in pretty rough shape but my nourishment and figure is getting back to 100% thanks to my hefty appetite. I have some sores and rashes being actively treated which are getting better every day too; you should see how good I am at taking my ointments and baths! Once I'm back to my completely healthy self I'll be ready for my neutering and a bit of required dental work.

HOME REQUIREMENTS- backyard access, must be fenced- kids over the age of 12 ( bulldog experience)- someone who is home more than not, required lubricating eye drops- home with no other dogs, cats unknownHi! I’m Matilda a super cute, English BulldogI was found as a stray and the shelter I was at thinks I may be around 5 years old. Since I came into foster care, I have been spayed, had Entropian eye surgery and have received plenty of medical care to address my skin and health issues. Now that I’ve experienced some much needed TLC, I am ready to find my perfect forever home. I’d love a family who can continue to pamper me with a daily beauty routine so that I can continue to look and feel fabulous. I currently live in a house with two other bulldogs and although I love them dearly and we have the best times together, I am particular when another dog comes into my space or interrupts me when I’m snuggling with my humans so for this reason I am looking for a home with no other dogs please I would benefit from having a family that is experienced in handling a bulldog and can help me with some additional training regarding resource guarding and dog manners.I am a super cuddly girl and prefer to spend all my time with my humans. You should see how I tap dance and wiggle with excitement when my foster family comes home. I’m still learning this whole going outside to the bathroom routine so I don’t like to be left alone for too long.I am also an adventurer and love to explore and check everything and anything out, especially if it involves food, this girl LOVES to eat! Thankfully, I absolutely love spending time in my crate and sleeping in my crate as it keeps me out of trouble when my foster mom can’t keep a close eye on me. I love going for walks and I’m really good on leash. I don’t love going out in the rain or snow but my foster mom dresses me up in warm clothes and I don’t mind one bit! I love treats and love to show off how motivated I am for more snacks. And when I need some quiet time in my crate, bully sticks, yak chews and stuffed kongs are my absolute favourite and keep me entertained. I love humans and cuddling up with them with lots of comfy blankets. I can’t wait to meet my forever family.located in Petawawa
