Story
Tilak is a 4 year old English Shepherd that we have had since he was a small puppy. Shortly after getting Tilak my wife was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease and it has progressed rapidly. Unfortunately, that prohibited us from spending adequate time with him as he grew up and we were not able to complete the extensive training we had intended. Now I have been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and I am in the midst of chemotherapy treatments. My wife and I are both in our 70s and unable to take care of Tilak. Tilak behaves well with other dogs; he is aggressive towards cats and small livestock. He has bitten strangers who have been on our property to complete service work, etc. He is a very affectionate dog and behaves well with our immediate and extended family. He is up to date on all his veterinary care and the only health issue is that he is overweight and we are working to address this through diet modification.
