Hey there! My name is Fabio and I was hand selected for K9s For Warriors service dog program from Clay County Animal Services and passed all my initial tests with flying colors! Since arriving at K9s in May of 2024, I've decided I would rather be a family companion over having to work for a living, due to being too excitable for service dog work. I can easily be described as an enthusiastic ball of fun, having many favorite activities to keep me busy! Speaking of favorite activities, my dream home would ideally include endless water activities/adventures with my forever humans. On days that I can splash around, I’d happily settle for a zoomie session around the yard followed by a friendly game of tug! I would benefit from an experienced handler that can provide structure and a consistent routine. I am crate trained, neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, and eagerly waiting for my forever home. Take me home today! I’ve had penny since she was a puppy shes very sweet affectionate playful and energetic. She’s five. Reactive around other animals. I work too much to give her the attention she deserves. We live in cramped space so she doesnt have the room to run around. Ive been wrestling with the fact she deserves so much more then I can give her for almost two year now and it feels selfish to continue holding onto to her instead of finding her another loving home to go to. I don’t want any money for her I really just want her to go to someone who will love and care for her the way she deserves to be.
