Story
Shadow is a beautiful and athletic 1 year old English Shepherd. He is affectionate, potty trained, loves being around the kids, and up to date with shots. He does bark a lot at strangers and needs training in socializing. He does great with our old dog and cat but not good with any other animals outside the home. I do not recommend him for a family that already has a dog for this reason, I think he would possibly be fine with a female dog though. unfortunately, I’m not able to afford the training he needs for socializing and helping him with his herding instinct. I pray someone will love him and work with him! He is a great companion and loyal friend.

Story
Shadow is a handsome, 2 year old, athletic pup. He has a great energy, ready to play but knows how to relax. He does great with our old girl dog but has not been properly socialized with other dogs. He is cautious around strangers in the house but warms up fairly quickly. We would LOVE to keep this sweet boy but he has herd nipped two children that came onto my property without proper introduction. He does great around my 3 kids under 10yrs but needs someone that is more experienced in the herding breed and can help him. we have upcoming family medical issues that will prevent me from continuing his training. If you are looking for a sweet companion or a pup to do some chores around a small farm he would be your best friend!

These pups are in Lacey, Washington too!

Story
Meet Ziggy, a beautiful and very sweet young border collie/spaniel mix that was found abandoned along with his sister, Zoe, at a construction site in La Paz, BCS, Mexico. Ziggy and Zoe had obviously belonged to someone, they were very scared but wanted badly to connect with humans. Several people in the neighborhood pitched in and made sure these 2 had food and water and shade until they could be rescued. Although very scared at first and a bit shy, Ziggy soon realized he loves humans and is very friendly and loving once he gets to know you. He loves to go on walks, is good on leash, housebroken and very affectionate. Not reactive at all towards other dogs on his walks, but can get a bit anxious and needs someone who can help him continue to build his confidence. He would do well with another dog buddy who can help show him the way, or just a calm human who can take him on walks and give him all the love he deserves. He's very athletic and would excel at agility.

Story
We rescued Floki when he was a couple months old. He was given to a rescue because the mini Aussie puppy mill couldn’t sell him with his elbow defects. He will be 6 years old this August and has lived such a happy and healthy life with our family. Hes been spoiled rotten and has picked up some naughty behaviors like jumping up and licking your face all over, barking at delivery trucks and doorbells, territorial over food and taking up 1/3 of the bed. He was on daily pain medication when he was young and active to help his elbow dysplasia but now operates without it due to his increased lazy lifestyle that comes with age. He is otherwise healthy and any arthritis he has does not affect his quality of life. He would not do well with daily walks unless you started him on pain medication again. We will wait for the right home for beloved Floki and he is starting to become impatient with the toddlers and Im afraid he will begin biting since he started nipping recently.
