Story
Elsa, the momma Komondor is ready to be adopted. She has been spayed, microchipped, fully vaccinated, Heartworm negative and dewormed. She had to be shaved when she came to us, due to all the matting. If you are thinking about adopting her, please take into full consideration that she is a work in progress. If you have the time to give to her while she settles in and adjusts to another big change in her life that would be wonderful. She has done well since coming to us, but before that she was outside without a lot of human interaction. She is very sweet and most definitely settles in, it does take time. She does great with other dogs and is crate trained. Still working on leash walking, but she has done good so far. She needs to go to a home with a fully fenced yard. She loves to play outside. Her favorite thing is a cozy bed

Story
Kristof the Komondor! Before coming to us, he was left in a field with no human contact. Now when he meets people he is excited to come say hello and greets them with a smile. Kristof loves other dogs and he has lots of energy. He is a work in progress, but he has been doing great. He would do best in a home with another dog. He does need a fully fenced yard. He loves to sound his alarm when a person or animal arrives. It would be wonderful if he could find a home with someone who would keep him well socialized. This breed needs that. They are workers. Training this breed should be done with consistency, patience and positive reinforcement methods. He's a good boy, we know the right home is out there! He is 100% Komondor. He had to be shaved down due to so much matting. Komondors require regular grooming and care for their cording. He currently weighs about 70lbs. He has been neutered, UTD on vaccinations, microchipped and Heartworm negative.
