Bubbalicious-Bubba 🫧 3Yr old American BullyA fresh arrival at CHA, Bubba is a so incredibly thankful to be with us. We are working on some skin issues at the vet today and he is being altered as well. He is in foster care with other dogs, cats a a bunny and is doing well. He has a few quirks to work through, possibly slightly food and toy possessive with other dogs. We think once he learns how wonderful life is when your ears and skin don't hurt, he may relax a bit. He is good with children but is very bouncy, excited and jumpy with them so we do not recommend a home with children under 12 yrs old. He knows how to sit, shake and lay down on command. He enjoys a crate in the home and is housebroken for the most part. He walks ok on a leash but will pull you around if allowed to. He should be in a home that can set physical boundaries for him like not allowing him to jump, which he loves to do! A home that can feed him a better quality diet would be preferred as he may have some skin issues. If your interested in Bubba, give us a jingle or fill out an application at www.chaadopt.orgAll cats and dogs adopted from the Chequamegon Humane Association are spayed or neutered, up-to-date on age appropriate vaccinations, dewormed, and microchipped. Dogs are tested for heartworm. A minimum adoption fee of $175 is required for adult dogs, puppy adoption fees start $250, and dogs over the age of 10 are $85. Adult cat adoption fees are $50, kittens under one year are $120, and cats over the age of 10 are $35.
