Cat’s Cradle of Greater Richmond is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, all-volunteer organization founded in 2005 and committed to rescuing and adopting cats and kittens from euthanizing shelters and situations of homelessness, neglect, and abuse, regardless of their pedigree, age, physical condition or aesthetic appeal.

Additional adoption info

The adoption process takes around fifteen minutes. There is an initial screening process to determine if the cat and the potential adopter are a good match. Cat’s Cradle will not adopt if, in our volunteer’s judgment, the adoption would be inappropriate. An Adoption Contract must be completed and signed for each adoption.
