Additional adoption info

BOXERS ARE ADOPTED TO MICHIGAN RESIDENTS ONLY! Adoption fee for Boxers range from $150 - $400. A donation for owner assisted placement is $50.00. Vetting includes: up-to-date shots, spay/neuter (puppies under 5-months are adopted on a spay/neuter contract and adopter of puppy is responsible for cost of spay/neuter), NEGATIVE fecal results, NEGATIVE heartworm results, and current on heartworm prevention, as well as a COMPLETE health exam.

Note: If this boxer is an owner-assisted placement, BHR interviews and approves the adopters and forwards that information to the dog's owner. BHR does not own or foster the dog and makes no representations as to the dog's temperament or suitability for the adopter's home. It is the responsibility of the adopters to evaluate the dog to determine if he/she is the right dog for their home.

Are you interested in this boxer? Please fill out the adoption application form online at www.boxerhaven.org. Please remember that we are all volunteers and it may take a week or two after we receive the application to be contacted. Thank you!
