We are a sighthound rescue that started taking in dogs in November of 2005. We officially founded our rescue in August of 2006. We focus mainly on getting Italian Greyhounds out of puppy mills and back yard breeders, but we will help find good homes for any sight hound, including but not limited to afghans, whippets, salukis, borzoi, great danes, greyhounds, and most other sight hound, and when we have the room we will take in other breeds.
If you have a Italian Greyhound or Sight hound that you need help finding a new home for, or are looking for a sight hound, please contact us and if we don't have anything available we can either put you on our waiting list or send you to another rescue that may have what you're looking for.
We are always willing to talk with people who are wanting and Italian Greyhound or other sight hound and teach them about these wonderful dogs, and help them find the right dog for them if they qualify. We also work to educate the public, and are always willing to try to help out in any way we can to try to make things work and keep these dogs in their homes instead of having to rehome them. All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, have their teeth cleaned if needed, microchipped, UTD on shots, heart worm tested and started on prevention, and had any other medical problems they may have treated by our vet and been given a clean bill of health prior to placement. .
We also now offer Premier collars and leashes to the public and adopters. A set with a tag collar, martingale collar, and your choice of a 4' or a 6' leash can be purchased for $20. We also offer this products individually, as well as harnesses, break away collars, Gentle Leaders, car restraints, coats, beds, and other supplies. We also resently joined with a company that supplies us with quality crates and exercise pens, and we're offering those to the public as well cheaper then you can get them at Petsmart or Petco, we sell them in sizes from 24" long to the huge 48" long, and exercise pens in 24", 36", or 48" heights.
