Happy Hound Rescue Dog rescue in Osseo, MN

We are a dog rescue organization dedicated to saving the lives of dogs in pounds in Minnesota and other Midwestern states. Many of the dogs we rescue are in shelters or pounds where animals are put down each week if they are not adopted or rescued. To rescue each dog we need a foster or forever home as we do not have a kennel or shelter. If you are interested in fostering for us, please send us an email. Every foster home saves one life each week! All our dogs are fully vetted! This includes Heartworm test, Fecal test, Worming if indicated, DA2PPvL+Cv vaccines, Bordatella vaccine, Rabies vaccine, BioSpot or other flea and tick repellent, and Spay/neuter except puppies too young for alteration.

Additional adoption info

If you are interested in fostering or adopting this dog or another dog, please provide us with some information so we can ensure the dog will be a good match for your family. We would like to know your name and where you live. Do you live in a home or rental unit. If you rent, does your landlord allow pets? Please tell us who lives in your home and how old the kids are. Do you have other pets? What experience do you have with dogs and what kind of training methods do you prefer? How long will the dog be alone, and where will he stay while living with you? Do you work, and if so, how long will the dog be alone each day? We realize that people must work and most dogs will do fine alone for periods of each day. To ensure our dogs go to a stable forever home, we require a home visit and/or a vet reference to adopt or foster one of our dogs.
