Additional adoption info
In order to adopt there are a few requirements...
1. You must be 18 years or older
2. If you have any other animals (cats, dogs, ferrets) they must have current rabies vaccines (if you live in Alachua County they must also have our Rabies License)
3. If you rent your home or your land we must speak to your landlord to make sure it is okay for you to have this new pet.
4. If adopting a dog, current dogs must come in for a meet-and-greet.

Cats $25
'Challenged' adoptions (dogs or cats who have been with the shelter for 21 days or more, special needs pets, or adoption challenged breeds or colors)
