Fawn's Small Dog Rescue is a 501c3 not-for-profit organization based in Florida. We are dedicated to saving lives of dogs in shelters. We rescue and improve the quality of life for strays,abused and forgotten dogs in Florida. Our rescued dogs are placed with caring foster families until we find them a qualified permanent loving home. All our dogs receive complete veterinary care, socialization, compassion, nourishment and rehabilitation while in Fawn's Foster Program. We believe every dogs broken spirit can be mended. We hope to help educate the public on spay/neutering, controlling pet overpopulation and proper animal care.

We serve towns and cities within a 150 mile radius of the Jacksonville, Florida area. Jacksonville, Lake City, Fernandina Beach, St. Augustine, Daytona, Palm Coast, Starke, Gainesville, Middleburg, Keystone Heights, Green Cove Springs and more.

If you are interested in providing a loving home for a dog in need of a family please visit our website to submit a adoption application. fawnssmalldogrescue.org
A veterinarian and personal reference is required. After reviewing and approving a application you will be contacted by phone to further discuss the dog you are interested in adopting and possibly set up a meet and greet at your home. We try to choose the home that we feel will be the best fit for each dog based on their needs, disposition and personalities. There is a adoption contract to read and sign at the time of adoption. Adoption fees: $75 to $300 depending on age and medical expenses paid out for each dog while in rescue. ALL dogs are spay/neutered, current on vaccines, micro chipped and on monthly heart worm/flea prevention.
