My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet JohnnyBoy- our sweet 5 year old, 40lb hound mix guy. He was a dumped hunting dog from Georgia that was found roaming around the forest in terrible condition with a hound buddy. He is now feeling much better and living life for the first time in a home and learning how awesome it is to be a pet not a tool! JB has learned the noise coming out of the TV is not so scary and that soft dog beds in crates are heaven on Earth. He lives with other dogs and even a cat and likes everyone but would LOVE a nice young adult like himself to romp around with. JB is neutered, housebroken, HW- and up to date on his vaccinations. His forever home needs the following:

-a secure 6' fenced yard (he is a hound)

-a confident dog friend to play and follow

-a crate with a comfy bed for when he feels overwhelmed or scared

-older kids or adults only (loud noises still frighten him due to his past life)

-humans that don't work really long hours- he LOVES his humans and really wants to be around you all the time He is a stage 5 clinger LOVE bug that wants to be your forever boy!
