I am one of those beautiful ladies who want to be wooed, courted, and showered with love before she agrees to a permanent relationship. I have lived with two owners, the first of whom was allergic to me. My second owner and I lived together for three years before she surrendered me to HSHC on December 9. Secondly, her son, grandson, and their dog moved into my home with NO warning. It is a basic fact of life that cats hate change, and the only way to make it bearable is to give the cat a safe place to be alone and decompress for as long as it takes to feel at peace. The interviewer lady has stopped by my apartment several times, and I have always remained in my Kasa. However, I let her pet me today and rub my ears and chin. It was delightful having her undivided attention. She agrees that I am a striking beauty with a long grey and buff-colored coat. I am only 5-years-old, spayed, and litterbox trained. She thinks I will make a loving companion with a patient owner, no other animals in the home, and everyone at least 16 years or older.
