Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
When we say it`s Emma`s turn to shine, we mean it! Emma’s a sweet and intriguing tabby who`s been on a long journey to finding a home of her own. We don`t know much about Emma`s past, but we have learned a lot about her since she`s been in our care, and she`s become a bit of an EHS celebrity (check out our Instagram account to view her `love` stories during her stay at EHS!).
ABOUT EMMA: -At shelter -Adult, domestic shorthair, female -Emma arrived from another shelter with her daughter, Robyn, who has already found a forever home. -Emma particularly enjoys the company of male cats, and loves being in the middle of a feline cuddle puddle (she’s quite the flirt!). -With a slow and patient approach, Emma accepts pets from volunteers and visitors. She’ll lean into pets, purring in enjoyment, and sleeping (and snoring) peacefully in their presence. She especially loves scratches at the base of her tail, and will lift her rear end with delight from trusted friends. -She`s very good at communicating her preferences. She doesn’t like fast or head on approaches and may respond with a hiss and a gentle swat. -Emma is spayed, microchipped, dewormed, flea-treated, SNAP-tested for FIV/FeLV, and is up to date on core vaccinations.
EMMA’S IDEAL HOME: -A dream home for Emma would be one where a friendly male feline already resides, or one with plans to adopt her alongside a male cat friend. -Emma will likely benefit from a calm, quiet environment, preferably without small children. -Potential adopters should be prepared to commit the time, effort, and patience required to help Emma settle into her new environment.
Emma is a diamond, her lustre revealed by the polish of your love and understanding. Will you be the one who gives her a setting to sparkle? Come visit her today!
