My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Dear adopters, We would love to introduce you to a very special dog named Lambchop. This young male dog is an incredibly friendly and affectionate companion who loves receiving kisses and going on adventures. With a playful and smart spirit, you'll quickly learn that Lambchop is always up for a game of fetch or a hike in the park. His athleticism and love of exercise make him an ideal companion for active adopters who enjoy spending time outdoors. Lambchop's sweet and affectionate nature extends to everyone he meets, including other dogs. He has proven to be an excellent playmate for his canine friends and has a gentle and approachable demeanor that makes him a favorite among our shelter's residents. Despite the challenges Lambchop has faced in his early life, he has remained a loving and trusting dog. We are incredibly grateful to have had the opportunity to provide him with the care and attention he needed when he was rescued from being tied up at a gym as a puppy. Now, he is ready to bring joy and love to his forever home. If you are looking for a loyal and loving companion, who also happens to be smart, athletic, and adorable, Lambchop is the perfect fit for you. We encourage you to come meet him and witness firsthand his playful personality and gentle spirit. We are confident that Lambchop will bring endless love and joy to his new family. We can't wait to see him thrive in a loving

More about this rescue

The Morgan County Humane Society is a non-profit organization exempt from Federal taxes under section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. We are permitted to accept tax-deductible gifts from donors.

The goal of the Morgan County Humane Society is to provide animal services to all animals, both domestic and wild. We realize there is a need for these services for at least one-half of the citizens of the county, especially in the rural areas. We wish to start a low-cost spay/neuter program to control pet overpopulation and provide public education for animal care issues that will enhance the quality of life for both pet owners and the animals.
