My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello, my name is Cocoa and I am a young, smart, and affectionate dog. I am athletic and enjoy playing and running around. I am very curious about the world and am always eager to learn new things. I am an intelligent dog who is very attentive. I enjoy being around my human friends and I can be very playful. I love to cuddle up and get lots of affection. I am a very loyal dog and will stick by your side through thick and thin. I love to be included in family activities, but I am not too sure about other dogs. I would do best in a home where I can receive all the love and attention. If you're looking for a furry friend who will be your devoted companion, look no further than Cocoa! I can't wait to find my forever home and be showered with love and affection.

More about this rescue

The Morgan County Humane Society is a non-profit organization exempt from Federal taxes under section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. We are permitted to accept tax-deductible gifts from donors.

The goal of the Morgan County Humane Society is to provide animal services to all animals, both domestic and wild. We realize there is a need for these services for at least one-half of the citizens of the county, especially in the rural areas. We wish to start a low-cost spay/neuter program to control pet overpopulation and provide public education for animal care issues that will enhance the quality of life for both pet owners and the animals.
