Sweet Lola is was found by a Good Samaritan as she was trying to fend for herself outdoors. She's now been spending time in a foster home where she's enjoying the good life! She's very friendly with new people and has done well with children and other cats. Lola is very affectionate! When she's not asking for pets or playing with her crinkly ball, she's happy just to be in the same room with you. Her temporary caretaker tells us that she's very active and always ready to play!
Lola has a heart defect which will need to be monitored and she'll need to see your veterinarian every 8 months for an echocardiogram and check up. Our staff members will be happy to speak with you further about Lola's needs.

We are a same-day adoption center, and an application does not put you on a list or hold an animal for you. If they are in Wantagh or in a foster home, please submit an online application and our team will reach out to further discuss the adoption process. Prior to adoption, all of our animals are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and given their age-appropriate vaccines.
