Pancho is a 9-10 month plott hound lab mix who weighs 35 lb (he shouldn't be much larger fully grown). He is good with dogs, cats, and kids, although he's sometimes timid/nervous around children and strangers because they're new to him.
He needs someone with patience for him to take things at his own pace. He spent so much of his life so far in the shelter so he requires more time adjusting than other dogs. He's a special boy because once you have earned his love and affection it's so rewarding. The longer he's been out of the shelter, the more outgoing and playful he has become.
He is ~95% potty trained now that he's gotten used to our routine. He was quiet and calm in his crate after the first day, and goes to his crate by himself at night to sleep. He almost never barks! Pancho would love to meet you and see if you're the right fit to be his forever family.
