Hey there! My name is Sweet Jane and I am a one-year-old tabby female.
I can be described as being an awkward cat, but that doesn’t stop me from being the sweetest kitty around! I enjoy people-watching and seeing what's going on around me. I am not the biggest fan of being picked up so I would like to be in a home that can respect my boundary. I really enjoy getting head scratches, I’ll let you know you’re doing a good job by chirping at you! I am a very gentle kitty and would do great in a home with kids as long as they don’t pick me up too much; I may tolerate some handling.
I am positive for something called feline immunodeficiency virus, or FIV. This disease makes it so that I am more susceptible to getting sick and that I need to be in a home where I am the only kitty as it is contagious. If you would like to know more information on FIV please feel free to ask the staff!

Stray Haven requires an in-person visit with our adoptable pets and completion of the adoption application. Our standard adoption donation is $225 for adult dogs, $275 for puppies, and $100 for cats, and $120 for kittens. All adoption packages and specials include up-to-date vaccinations, spay/neuter and microchipping.
