My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Panda (now Zeus) is a very active, playful and affectionate pup looking for his forever home. He’s neutered and up to date on all vaccines. He loves being outside, even on hot days. He’s great at playing catch and enjoys walks. He’s very intelligent and listens but can be a little stubborn at times. He’s trained to use an electric fence, crate trained and leash trained. He’s still an happy and energetic puppy.

Panda was living in a home with another pup but they did not get along very well which led to a few fights. He was never the instigator in the situations and not an aggressive dog at all, but he would not hold back during the fights. So, it would be best for him to a find a forever home where he is the main center of attention or perhaps with another older pup that won’t bother him much.

This is a very hard decision for his family but they want to do what is best for both dogs.  If interested in meeting handsome Panda, please fillout our application at www.SoCoRescue.com

***He is located in Flemington, NJ**

His story…..In January of this year, a man found a box of 12 puppies that had been discarded in the mobile home park where he lived. He and his wife took the pups to their home and gave the two month old pups the best care that they could. The pups were overloaded with worms, parasites and fleas, which left them without fur to keep themselves warm during the frigid January temperatures. Five of the young pups passed before we were able to take them in and a sixth passed shortly after coming to our rescue, but Panda and his five remaining siblings have all fully recovered from their ailments and are now healthy, happy and ready to find their new home
