My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Oakley, affectionately known as "Dottie" by her foster family, has such a sweet, lovable, big personality and is very eager to please! She sits on command and walks good on a leash. Very social with other dogs, adults and children alike. She loves to play dress up in cozy sweaters and loves a good chew toy. This 2yr old 40lb sweetheart longs to be an inside dog that can cuddle up next to you on the couch. Oakley had outsmarted many rescuers for months running around the county with her litter of puppies. But thankfully, one day Oakleys life changed as a wonderful woman befriended her and the pups, they never had to live on the street again! All of her puppies have been adopted, but Oakley is still waiting for her forever home.
Please consider welcoming Oakley into your family today!

Donation
Since ALL of our funding is from donations (we are not supported by a government agency), fundraising and a few spay/neuter grants, we always need monetary donations and food and supply donations including straw and bedding material. With winter coming we could really use some more dog houses and tarps (used is welcome). Used crates are also always needed. Pick up can be arranged within a reasonable distance. Thank you for your support.
