Meet Chanel – Your Loyal, Laid-Back Companion!

Chanel is a sweet and gentle 6-year-old pit bull mix who has been patiently waiting for her forever home since September. During her time in foster care, she bravely recovered from a broken leg and is now fully healed and ready to bring love into a new home!

Chanel is a quiet, easygoing girl who enjoys her toys, naps, and simply being in the company of her people. She doesn’t need rough-and-tumble play but appreciates a comfy spot to lounge and a steady routine. While she may not always show a big smile, her wagging tail speaks volumes about her happiness! She gets along well with other dogs and people! If you’re looking for a low-maintenance, affectionate, and resilient companion, Chanel is the perfect match to complete your home!

Chanel is spayed, microchipped, and up-to-date on her vaccinations. She is being fostered at the moment so email adoptions@caspca.org and we can set you up with the foster family to coordinate a time to come in and see her!

Additional adoption info

We ask potential adopters to fill out a matchmaker form. When they are ready to adopt an animal and the form and interview process indicates a good match, we have the adopter sign an adoption contract promising that the animal will receive good physical and emotional care. Fees vary and we often have adoption specials. Fees for senior pets are sponsored. Otherwise, dogs are $100, puppies $150 and up, cats are $75, kittens are $95.

We strive to set a standard of excellence and leadership in animal care, humane education, and progressive animal welfare programs. Our staff and volunteers are passionate about caring for the animals in our shelter and placing them in good homes.
