💙 Personality: Dale is a sweet boy who loves to cuddle and is full of energy. He enjoys playing with the other dogs in the home and would thrive in an active environment.
🐱 Note: Dale is overly attentive to cats, so he’d do best in a cat-free home.

• Dale is house-trained and sleeps comfortably in a crate at night.
• He has learned basic commands and is making great progress.

More about this shelter

In 1987, an initial attempt was made to organize a local humane society in Caroline County. While this attempt did not succeed, those same dedicated volunteers were not deterred.

From our humble beginnings 30 years ago, to where we are today, we are proud to be called “the little shelter that could”.
