Meet Pattie aka "Nugget": Your Adorably Unique Companion!
Are you ready to be stopped in your tracks by the cutest, most unique bulldog you've ever met? Say hello to Nugget, the 3-year-old Microbully who will steal hearts everywhere she goes! Whether it's at the Farmer's Market or on a stroll around the block, Nugget's velvety-soft fur and one-of-a-kind charm turn heads and invite endless adoration.
Nugget is a sweet, low-maintenance bundle of joy who loves nothing more than snuggling by your side while you work, binge-watch your favorite shows, or enjoy a good chew toy. At just 29 pounds, she's compact and perfect for cozy cuddles.
Due to some hip issues, Nugget thrives in a home with no stairs or with an owner willing to give her a lift when needed. She's on medication to keep her comfortable and happy, and while she doesn't require much exercise, she'll enthusiastically join you for car rides or short walks.
Nugget is crate trained, doing wonderfully with her potty training, and has a strong, quirky personality. She prefers being the sole star of the show, so a home without other dogs or cats is ideal. While she can get along with smaller dogs, her playful curiosity sometimes leads her to chase cats (although she has no idea what to do if she catches one!).
She's still working on her manners and has a playful "mouthing" habit when she's excited, so a home with kids 12 and up would be the best fit. But don't worry-her enthusiasm is all love!
Nugget is an irresistible snuggle bug with a big personality packed into a small frame. If you're ready to have your heart stolen daily, Nugget is ready to be your loyal companion!

Adoption fees are based on the breed, health, age, and behavioral status of each dog. All dogs are microchipped, spayed or neutered, vaccinated, flea/worm treated and have had a wellness exam before becoming adoptable. If you are interested in adopting a BHNW dog, please fill out the online application. If you are matched to the dog you are interested in or another dog in our program, you will be contacted by the foster family. Prior to adopting, there is a mandatory home evaluation to ensure your home and family are ready for that dog. We require a contract for all adoptions and there is a two-week trial to ensure a good match. If for any reason you can no longer care for the dog you adopted from us, that dog must be returned to our program.
