Meet beautiful, loving Kira! Kira is a happy, confident girl who is loving her new life with her foster, but she is ready to find her own family.
Kira loves animals and people! Kira gets along great with her foster's dogs, the cat and even with farm animals. Her favorite place to sleep is on a small couch with her pittie sister. She is enjoys meeting all the family and children that come to visit her foster's home, and she loves all those belly rubs! And Kira is absolutely adorable and gentle with her foster's son.
Love to play fetch? So does Kira! She is super excited to play fetch with balls and toys and loves treats! Kira is crate trained, knows basic commands and great on a leash and loves to go on walks!
Kira is low-heartworm positive and being treated with the slow kill method. She is doing fantastic, and is not impeded at all by the condition. No additional treatment is anticipated to be needed.
All MAD dogs come with a Fi Collar and one-year subscription.

We are an official 501c3 organization that does not have a physical location. Our home address is in Michigan, however, the majority of our dogs are not located in Michigan. The physical location of each our our dogs is posted with the name of the pet or in the title area. If you are within 4 hours of the pet, please be prepared to pick the pet up. We do provide transport assistance up to 350 miles. The applicant must drive the remainder of the distance of the transport.
