Stella is a beautiful 70ish lb black lab whose favorite hobbies include napping, wagging her tail, and chewing on squeaky toys.
She loves meeting new people, she is so excited to show them her toys and to get pets from them. She isn't very fond of other dogs in our experience, so we would definitely recommend slow intros with controlled introductions (walks, through baby gates, etc) and a watchful eye to start.
Stella needs to only be with older considerate children, she does not appreciate little ones who want to hug and be in her space all the time. She has not been tested with kitties, but we think she would do best in a cat free home.
Stella has been on a weight management diet and she is doing great!
Stella free roams in our house when we are gone, and we have had no issues!
We fell in love with her instantly, and she loved us instantly too! We describe her to our friends as "the perfect dog", she is a great addition and is happy to just be near her people.
