Meet Rocky Road, a fluffy, handsome guy who has a lot of love to give - but on his own terms. With the right people, he can be a warm and fuzzy cuddle bug, but he needs time to build trust. As long as he has appropriate energy outlets, Rocky walks well on leash, with a curious nose that loves exploring the world around him! He's looking for a calm home without other animals and would do best with older kids (12+) who understand to respect his boundaries. Our lifesaving safety net has helped San Diego become the largest city in the U.S. to keep healthy and treatable shelter animals from being euthanized.
