In foster near Tumwater, WA

NALA is approximately 2 yrs old…probably a Dachshund mix. She is quiet and calm. She likes to play with the other dogs. She has been around many small dogs so no problem there. They run and play through my house like it’s a race track… you don’t even need TV to be entertained. Nala is curious about my 3 cats and on occasion will pester them, but they tell her to get lost and she does. She is a bit shy with strangers but warms up quickly. She is always wanting to lay at our feet when we are at the computer or the dining room table. She enjoys outside and goes out voluntarily. She is kenneled trained and paper trained. Nala has been in an apartment so she was not totally house trained. She would be a good companion dog for an adult. She might take more time to warm up to a male, she is used to female people. NO children. She needs a more quiet type home as apparently she wasn't socialized well as a puppy.

Adoptions include neuter/spay, vaccinations (DHPP, Bordetella, Rabies), microchip, health certificate, transport with our professional dog transporter, and 6 mos of heart worm prevention.
