Meow! My name is Rika. My estimated date of birth is 7/21/2017. I am a total lovebug! I love being around my people more than anything else. I enjoy being petted and talked to. I like to headbutt you for pets and sit in your lap. I will happily sleep with you in your bed! I am very gentle and sweet. I like to play and enjoy scratching posts. I prefer peaceful, calm environments and can get anxious in busy or loud environments. I am sight-impaired, but it is NOT an ongoing health issue--I am perfectly healthy! I do okay with other cats, but can anxious and need my space for them. I would do best as an only cat or with only one other cat. I am good with kids who are calm and gentle with me. I've never been around dogs. I'm at the Kitty Corner and would love to meet you!

Visit dozens of our adoptable cats and kittens at our Kitty Corner adoption center 39 Queen St in historic Gettysburg PA on any Saturday or Sunday from 11am-3pm. All of the cats listed are located in or near Gettysburg unless otherwise noted. Please note that while we work hard to keep our available cats up to date we also have many that are not posted yet. Adoption fees are $60 for adult cats and kittens over 6 months old, $100 for kittens (under 6 months) and $30 for senior cats (7 years+) to help cover vet bills for spay/neuter, basic vaccinations, testing, microchips and preventatives. No cat will be officially adopted without being spayed/neutered and vaccinated (unless there are health risks in doing so). We highly recommend adopting kittens in pairs and we do discount for double adoptions here to encourage it.
