Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Slinky is a sweet, sensitive pup looking for a patient family to help him build confidence and navigate the world. Slinky and another dog were found stray and were brought safely to PACC. He needs help with socialization and basic doggy skills, so needs a savvy family that can support him as he adjusts to a new home.

Slinky shares his kennel with another PACC pup who he made friends with at the shelter. When meeting other dogs in playgroup he mostly kept to himself but seemed to enjoy the company of calmer dogs. A confident dog to show him the ropes in his future home would be great for this boy; he’d like to meet any resident dogs before heading home to ensure a good fit.

At less than a year old, Slinky is truly a puppy and just needs time and love to blossom into a wonderful companion! Please ask about Slinky today!!

Visit the Facility and Find a Pet

Mon - Tues: 12-7pm Wed - 1:30-7pm Thurs - Fri: 12-7pm Saturday and Sunday 10 am to 5 pm Must be checked in 45 minutes before close

2.
Meet the Pet

Once you have decided which pets you are interested in, sign in for an adoption counselor who will guide you through the adoption process.

3.
Take the Pet Home

Cats must leave in a carrier and dogs must leave in a carrier or on leash. We do have these available for purchase in our lobby store.

Additional adoption info

Year-Round Adoption Fees:
• Puppies and kittens less than 4 months old $50
• Adult dogs and cats $30
• A standard $20 dog license fee may apply
• Pets who have been waiting for more than 2 weeks for a family and pets over 5 years old $0 - Fee Waived!

Every adoption includes:
• Spay or neuter surgery
• First Vaccinations
• Microchip
• Vet visit certificate
• Pet insurance
