Meet Rorie: The Perfect Balance of Playful and Cuddly
Rorie is a sweet, loving pup who’s ready to bring joy and companionship to a new family to call her own. She’s a delightful mix of high-energy playmate and laid-back cuddle buddy, making her a great match for a variety of homes.
Here’s what her foster family says about her: ~Playtime Queen: Rorie loves running, wrestling, and playing with dogs her size or bigger. She gets along well with dogs and adores having a buddy to romp around with. ~Cuddle Bug Extraordinaire: After a good play session, she’s happy to curl up on her bed or snuggle right next to you. In her mind, she’s a lap dog—regardless of her actual size! ~Smart and Eager to Learn: Rorie is curious and quick to pick up new commands. She knows `sit,` is learning `lay down` and `shake,` and responds to a whistle. She’s highly treat-motivated and enjoys working her brain with toys and puzzles. ~Independent Yet Social: Rorie is kennel-trained and considers her crate a safe space where she can relax. She’ll happily take her favorite blankets or toys there to “nest.”
What Rorie Needs in a Home: Rorie thrives with plenty of mental and physical stimulation, so an active family or individual would be ideal. She’s perfect for homes with kids with supervision with the little ones, other dogs, or someone ready to match her energy and keep her busy with play, training, and toys.
A Few Fun Extras: - She’s a pro at shredding squeaky toys and crinkly bottles, so sturdy options are a must! - Loves cozy dog beds and blankets—and might “borrow” them from her furry friends. - Needs ongoing care for mild skin allergies, but she’s healing beautifully and looks like the princess she is!
Rorie’s foster family says she’s a “good, good dog” who just wants to love and be loved. If you’re looking for a playful, affectionate, and smart pup to join your family, Rorie might be your perfect match.
Come meet her today and see if she’s the one you’ve been searching for!
