Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Brontë doesn`t care how you write her name or pronounce it. She just wants you to come meet her because she knows you`ll want to take her home. How could you resist this soft blond coat and those big brown eyes?! Brontë is playful and loving, knows sit (if there`s a treat involved) and really loves to cuddle. She came in as a lost dog, so we`re not sure about kids and cats but she may be dog friendly as she arrived with other pups. (A meet-and-greet with current canines is always recommended.) Volunteers say she`s sweet, walks well on leash, takes treats nicely–all the things. But you can experience this for yourself, too. Just come by the shelter today and ask to meet Brontë. Or Bronte. We don`t care and neither does she.
The Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter is open every day from noon until 6pm (excluding limited holidays/events). You can meet our animals with the convenience of an appointment or as a walk-in. Appointments can be made by emailing adoption@wilco.org.
Interested in fostering a dog in need? Join our foster team here: https://www.wilcotx.gov/390/Fostering, then click “Foster Questionnaire.”
Looking for a fun way to make a difference? Sign up for our Doggy Day Out program! You can take one of our pups on an adventure for a few hours, giving them a much-needed break from the shelter while you enjoy some quality time.
We always welcome your dogs to come and visit our dogs, too! We will see you at 1855 SE Inner Loop, Georgetown, TX 78626.
