Bio: Born in a pile of trash in Del Rio, Texas Talvy and his siblings made their way North for a new life. Talvy is one of the tallest in his litter and so far the bravest. He wants to break out of the puppy pen and see what’s happening and especially wants to be held. Foster mom thought he was just loud and screamy but it turns out he just wants to be loved on. Talvy will need ALL things puppy. These babies are not potty trained, obedience trained, or crate trained.
