Meet Dewey Decimal!

Dewey entered Downey Shelter as a stray. When he wasn't claimed during his hold period, he quickly became at risk for euthanasia as a senior at an over-capacity shelter.

Fortunately, we were able to rescue Dewey on December 10th. He is estimated to be 11 years old and weighs 34 lbs.

We will add more information about this sweet newbie as he settles in.

Please stop by to meet Dewey between 10 AM and 3 PM any day of the week. We look forward to your visit!

Choose a Program: Review the chart below and determine the time commitment that works best for you.

Express Interest: Fill out the Placement Questionnaire as completely and thoughtfully as possible so we can understand your expectations.

Invitation: Within 24 hours a Placement Coordinator will email follow up responses and schedule an appointment for you to visit Frosted Faces Foundation!

a. You will be invited to bring your family and pets to introduce to the Frosted Faces to ensure compatibility. We can show you how a dog interacts with cats on loose leash while you are here!

b. If the match is not successful, the Frosted Face is always welcome to come back to FFF and you will be invited to meet others!
