Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
What’s that beautiful music of chirps, soft mews, and purrs? It’s Jeri!
This little buff tabby girl was found behind a record store in Pittsburgh (you can probably guess which one if you are a record fan); this must have been where she got her music schooling as she is certainly a pro – you won’t find more comforting sounds anywhere else nearby.
Jeri is a playful girl who enjoys the company of other cats and even doesn’t mind active cat-friendly dogs. She is currently hanging out with her foster brother and sister Sprocket and Sprite and also adores the resident cats in her foster home. She likes to explore and find her way into interesting spaces. But bring out some Churu or a fun toy and she will gladly leave her exploring behind for snacks, play, and pets!
This lady was very shy when she first came into her foster mom’s life but has gradually opened up. Now, she flirts and headbutts for pets (butt scratches are the way to her heart!) and will happily snuggle with a person she is comfortable with.
She can still be nervous around new people (I mean – who isn’t?!) but a little time and giving her some space when she needs it goes a looooong way. We thing she could do well in a home with a cat-savvy kiddo but would also love an adult-only home. She'd love a feline friend, too!
Jeri is about seven months old. She has been spayed, dewormed, flea treated, microchipped, vaccinated, and has tested FIV/FeLV negative. Won’t you give this gorgeous little lover a chance? Fill out an application for her (and maybe one of her foster siblings!) today!

Typically we talk a little with potential adopters to find a cat who is a good fit before sharing the application.
2.
Approve Application
We check over the application including checking vet references and doing landlord checks.
3.
Interview
We spend more time chatting with the adopters to specifically go over any questions from the application and details about the specific cat.
4.
Meet the Pet
Potential adopters have a meet and greet with the cat or kitten in the foster home.
5.
Sign Adoption Contract
At the meet and greet, if all goes well, the adoption contract can be signed, the fee can be paid, and the pet can go home!
6.
Pay Fee
7.
Take the Pet Home

We try to do our best to make sure we find good fitting, responsible homes, without wasting a lot of our time. Our app has a lot of screening questions which help eliminate potential adopters who might not be serious (they usually just don't return the app), or not a good fit, which is why the in depth interview happens once the app is returned.

We are a small but dedicated 501c3 nonprofit cat rescue specializing in making one person's garbage kitten another person's forever cat.
Our mission is to reduce feline suffering and overpopulation using a combination of TNR and adoptions. We foster and socialize whenever we have the resources to do so, including behavioral cats and kittens who might otherwise just be candidates for TNR.
