My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Noah is a 3-year-old beagle mix with a heart full of love and a gentle, cuddly nature. He came to us from a hoarding case of 53 dogs, and although he takes a little time to warm up to new people, once he does, he’s all about the kisses and snuggles!

Noah loves rubbing his back on the couch and is a total cuddle bug. His foster family reports that he’s potty trained and does well on a leash. He’s also been around older kids and has done great with them.

Noah may need a bit of patience to adjust, but once he trusts you, he’ll be your most loyal and affectionate companion.

Could Noah be your perfect cuddle buddy? Apply to adopt him today at ITVrescue.org.

All of our dogs are examined by a veterinarian, given age-appropriate vaccinations, dewormed, microchipped, spayed or neutered, heartworm tested and treated if necessary.

More about this shelter

It Takes A Village Rescue, Inc. is a non-kill 501(c)(3) rescue dedicated to doing what it takes to find loving homes for stray, abandoned, and surrendered animals, and to keep these animals safe and free from further suffering. Our mission is "To work as one in helping homeless animals irrespective of breed, location or circumstance." By working with committed volunteers, foster homes, veterinarians and partner rescues or shelters, we are able to rescue countless animals every year and provide them with loving temporary care as we work to find them well-matched forever homes. Although we do not discriminate based on breed, size or color, we have a particular interest in bully breeds, special medical needs, senior dogs, black dogs and other hard-to-place animals.
