My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Miss Sally, a sweet and shy kitten with a heart full of potential! Miss Sally may be a little reserved at first, but once she feels safe and loved, she’ll show you just how special she truly is. She’s looking for a patient and understanding person who’s willing to give her the time and space she needs to build trust at her own pace.

While she may need a little extra encouragement, Miss Sally has so much love to offer and is sure to become a loyal companion once she feels comfortable in her new home. If you`re looking for a quiet, gentle soul to welcome into your life, Miss Sally might be the perfect match for you. All she needs is a little time and kindness, and she’ll soon be your forever friend. Could you be the one to help her shine?

FMAR felines are spayed/neutered, microchipped, vaccinated for age-appropriate shots, and negative for FIV/FeLV.

More about this shelter

We are a nonprofit, no-kill animal shelter comprised mostly of volunteers. We take in cats and dogs from local shelters and the public who can no longer care for their pets. Each of the volunteers at FMAR has a tremendous amount of love for animals and simply wants to do what they can to ensure that as many animals as possible find a forever home. Until then, each animal has a home at FMAR indefinitely.
